Software requirements

VOI Tool utility was designed to be used on any platform supported by MATLAB and it uses only features available in MATLAB 5.3.

VOI Tool utility was developed under Microsoft Windows 98 environment with MATLAB 6.0 Release 12. Unfortunately it was tested only for the above platform with MATLAB 6.0.

Installation

To install VOI Tool utility the following steps should be performed.

1. Unzip file VoiToo.zip using subfolders names into any folder.
2. Add installation folder to MATLAB's search path.

After unzipping installation folder should contain one subfolder "AnatomicalVoi", set of the .m files and one .mat file ihb_VoiDfl.mat.

Start utility

To start VOI Tool utility type VoiTool in MATLAB command window.
