Three files (ihb_GetClusters.m, ihb_GetClusterSet.m, ihb_RedrawSlice.m) were changed to fix incompatibility with MATLAB 5.3 and non Windows OS. Thanks to Joseph Maldjian, MD who found these incompatibilities and proposed how to fix them. Click here to download new versions of these files.
Three files (ihb_TalSpace.m, ihb_TalSpaceSetMenuCheck.m, ihb_TalSpaceView3D.m) and one new added (ihb_SaveAsPictureCB.m) to fix problems related to unavailability of transparency handling in MATLAB 5.3, as well as to add possibility to save content of the window as image file (JPEG, PNG and TIFF formats supported). New "Save as Picture" option added to the file menu of the Talairach slices window, as well as to the 3D view of cluster window. Click here to download updates.
One file (ihb_UpdateClusterTalVoxSize.m) was changed to avoid many warnings "Subscript indices must be integer values" which may happens when working with non integer voxel sizes. Click here to download updates.
One file (ihb_GetClusters.m) was changed to exclude "thin" clusters - those clusters which have no intersections with axial or frontal or saggital Talairach sections. Without this update the attempt to view such clusters crush utility. Click here to download updates.
Three files (ihb_AboutTalSpace.m, ihb_GetClusters.m, ihb_TalSpaceView3D.m) were changed and four new files (ihb_GetSPM.m, ihb_InitStructureSPM.m, ihb_spm_getSPM2.m, ihb_spm_getSPM99.m) were added.
