This menu option allow to select new current cluster set, new current cluster and redraw all opened main windows.
After selection File New Clusters command the "Select SPM.mat" dialog from SPM99 will appear and user should select the SPM.mat file with results of the SPM99 statistical analysis. After selection of the SPM.mat file user should answer the standard for SPM99 sequence of questions: "Select contrasts..." dialog, masking, title for comparison, height and extent thresholds.
After this progress bar "Preparing cluster data. Please wait..." will appear. At that time data for all clusters will be transformed into Talairach space (see Technical notes).
After transforming cluster data "Select clusters" (view screenshot) dialog box will appear and user should select one of the cluster as current cluster for further processing and visualization. When cluster selected progress bar "Loading images. Please wait ..." will appear. At that time Talairach section images are loading and contours of the selected clusters are calculated.
Eventually Talairach slices window displayed.
Quit the application and close all windows. All current default values are saved and will be used in the next call of utility.
Create 3D view of cluster window if it does not exists and activate existing otherwise.
Opens Legend window used to view and/or change colors used for drawing different contours and coloring cluster surface in 3D view of cluster window.
This option used to set voxel size in Talairach space which is used when transforming cluster data to Talairach space (see Technical notes). Three voxel sizes are available:
This option is available only if 3D view renderer is set to OpenGL (see Option 3D renderer menu command). This command allow set transparency of the cluster surface in 3D view of cluster window. The following choices are available: Opaque, Low, Medium (default), High.
This option is used to set 3D renderer for 3D view of cluster window. There are two choices: ZBuffer (default) and OpenGL (see MATLAB documentation for detailed description of these options for rendering). Note that Option 3D transparency menu command will be available only if 3D renderer set to OpenGL.
This option is used to set axes limits for 3D view of cluster window. There are two choices:
This option is used to set line width to draw all contours. There are three choices:
This option is used to reset all current default values to their original values. It is possible to reset defaults outside the program by typing in MATLAB command window ihb_ResetDefaults.
