To start Talairach Space utility type TSU in MATLAB command window. After that the sequence of questions exactly the same as in File New Clusters menu command will follow and eventually Talairach_slices will be displayed.
To change current cluster set select File New Clusters command from menu.
To change current cluster select cluster using the combo box "Cluster name" in Talairach slices window.
To change currently displayed Talairach section right click anywhere inside section image in Talairach slices window and select new section from the popup menu
To change colors use Colors menu command.
To change line width use Option Line width menu command
To open or to activate (if opened) 3D view of cluster window use 3D view menu command.
To change axes limits in 3D view of cluster window use Option 3D view axes menu command.
To change current 3D renderer for 3D view of cluster window use Option 3D renderer menu command.
You can change transparency only if the current 3D renderer (see Option 3D renderer menu command) is set to OpenGL. To change transparency of the cluster surface in 3D view of cluster window use Option 3D transparency menu command.
To reset defaults to their initial values use Option Reset defaults menu command.
